These Terms of Service govern the use of setup services, optional monthly support plans, and related workflow implementation services provided by Ayo F. Peterson Inc. (“Company”).
By purchasing or using the Company’s services, you agree to the following:
The Company provides setup and support services related to lead response, client intake, follow-up, website updates, and business workflow organization.
Services may be delivered as:
The Company does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Setup fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly support plans are billed in advance each billing cycle.
Custom or expanded work outside the listed scope may require separate approval and additional payment.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
Each service includes only the deliverables stated on the applicable sales page, invoice, payment page, proposal, or written agreement.
Reasonable minor revisions may be included where stated. Additional revisions or expanded requests may require additional fees.

Clients are also responsible for third-party software costs when such tools are required for the project, unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Company may use third-party tools, software platforms, and subcontractors to deliver services.
Client relationships remain with Ayo F. Peterson Inc.
The Company is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding revenue, profits, growth, conversions, or specific business outcomes.
Results vary by business, process, timing, implementation conditions, and factors outside the Company’s control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Monthly support may be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Upon termination, access to Company-managed support or ongoing services may end.
Payment disputes or chargebacks do not cancel amounts properly owed for approved work already performed.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Client-specific deliverables created for a client under a paid scope may be made available to the client upon full payment, subject to any third-party platform limitations. Internal templates, methods, frameworks, and proprietary operating materials used by the Company remain the property of Ayo F. Peterson Inc.
The Company primarily delivers services through written communication. The client agrees that email and other written communications may be used for project updates, approvals, scheduling, scope clarification, support, and related service communications.
The Company will use reasonable care in handling client information shared for service delivery. Client information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with trusted subcontractors or third-party tools used to provide services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
